I enjoyed sharing some of my favorite things last year here.

My endorsements of all these things come straight from me. None of these brands have asked me—yet!—to write about their products, so everything I say here is something I say to my friends because I use or simply enjoy these products and brands. I have a good life partly because of what’s in the photos here, as well as some other products that I will be sharing with you in the future.

OBSESSED!!! Obsessed with these dates. I can’t eat a whole lot of things anymore that I love due to celiac disease, and, well, age apparently. This is one of my new favorite sweet dessert replacement snacks. 🙏❣️😃👍

They’re from Made in Nature, and they’re gluten-free, certified organic, and non-GMO … all the good things, and none of the bad things. An eight-ounce bag of the Deglet Noor dried dates is $5.99 from Made in Nature’s website.

One of my favorite grocery stores that carries the Made in Nature snacks is Mother’s Market Kitchen health foods in southern California.

This book is so good. The Beautiful Ones is Prince’s story, partly told by him because he had started to write his life story before he died, and partly through the words of Dan Piepenbring, an editor and writer that Prince had started to work with on this book. Piepenbring writes a very moving introduction about what it was like to work with Prince in the months before he died.

I learned so much about myself as well as about Prince when I read this. Highly recommend to anyone in entertainment or the arts. It was published in late 2019 and it is still available only in hardcover, but because it has so many beautiful photos from his career and pages from his scrapbooks and copies of his handwritten lyrics I love that I have this in hardcover.

My dog is way into these beef liver freeze dried dog treats from Stewart. We like to hide them in blankets for treasure hunts. Two paws up.

Stewart Pet makes treats for dogs and cats that are all-natural and grain-free and single-ingredient. Most of the major pet store retailers all over the country carry Stewart brand products. A fourteen-ounce tub of beef liver treats like the one I photographed here is around $22.99, but of course the price may vary from retailer to retailer.

I’ve been in love with the ThighMaster since the mid-90s. What a genius invention. I have always had one of these around. 💎

Pictured here is the ThighMaster Gold model, which is available from retailers everywhere of course. On Suzanne Somers’ own website, the Gold model is $39.99.

I have been very into organizing during the pandemic, because, let’s face it, there’s not a lot else to do. So I found some really neat storage containers on Amazon, been using them for food, makeup, nylons, face masks …

The bins I got are these BINO brand containers, but what caught my eye was that they’re clear so I can see what I have. A two-pack of large BINO bins is $22.99 from Amazon, but the idea of organizing my stuff is more important than what I’m putting the stuff in. I do like that these ones are clear, though.

The “Silence Please” facemask that you can see in the photo is my design, and it is available for $9.99 from our The The Ding Wrong store, where you can find coffee mugs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items related to the improv comedy show that several friends and I created.

And when are organizing everything, you need a good label maker. Enough said.

The one that I use is a P-touch made by Brother, and you can find one that suits your needs in lots of different office supply stores and online.
